Heritage Heating and Cooling is a leader in the ever-changing service arena of commercial refrigeration. recently, we were chosen to install all the refrigeration equipment for the new Embassy Suites Hotel here in Franklin. There, we help maintain one hundred coolers.

Preventive maintenance:

Heritage Heating and Cooling strongly believes in taking care of equipment. Just as important as changing the oil in your car is the cleaning and checking on a HVAC unit. That is why we started the Preferred Plan. For only $119.00 per year per unit, we will clean and check your unit twice a year. If at any time service is needed, our expert service department will be there for you and at a discounted rate. It is truly a value.
