Heritage Heating and Cooling L. L. C. was started by Jeff and Dixie Parks in the spring of 1998 with the goal of establishing a small personal type company that will provide the best possible solutions for our customers' HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) needs.

Heritage is a member of the Better Business Bureau, Nashville Chamber of Commerce, Community Association Institute, and the Trane Comfort Specialist Group. We also sponsor a number of sports and community events in the Franklin, Tennessee, area.
